ADVANTAGE BY DESIGN

The new ELEMNT BOLT boasts a crisp, colour display, and expanded navigation features, yet also maintains the easy-to-use, intuitive interface and connectivity that makes Wahoo ELEMNT computers the choice of the world’s top cyclists and triathletes.

The new ELEMNT BOLT introduces a 64-colour, high-contrast screen, making it easy to focus on ride data. An updated user interface offers customizable, colour-highlighted fields to make it simple to focus on specific data metrics. An ambient light sensor automatically adjusts the backlight to make sure that the screen is always easy to see, even on dawn patrols or dusky rides.  The 2.2-inch screen is made of durable, scratch-resistant Gorilla Glass.

Now featuring Smart Navigation (previously available only on the ELEMNT ROAM), the ELEMNT BOLT automatically reroutes riders who stray from their planned route, lets riders change destinations, route back to the start, and retrace their rides right from the computer, without having to use their phone. 

Quick View LEDs on the top of the screen provide turn-by-turn directions, signal approaching Strava Live segments, and provide notifications. With a 15-hour runtime and onboard memory increased to 16GB, the BOLT is designed to make exploring simple with millions of miles of roads and trails already preloaded. When paired with the Wahoo ELEMNT app, riders can easily customise their data screens, sync routes, and analyse data. 

The aerodynamic, low-profile body carries on the sleek design of the original BOLT, while BOLT’s water-resistant body (IPX7) stands up to the rainiest rides or a botched creek crossing.

Integrated Workouts
Your Workout, Your Choice - Wahoo opens up a world of choice for your structured training, connecting you to a broader range of platforms. Now, you can effortlessly transfer workouts from your preferred training platforms directly to your ELEMNT bike computers. Experience the freedom to train your way and maximize every ride, with more options at your fingertips.


GoPro Control
Worry less about your recording, and focus more on the ride. You can now control your GoPro from your ELEMNT bike computer without needing to check your camera. Once connected to your ELEMNT bike computer, you can toggle between modes (video, time lapse, photo), change the presets (cinematic/action/standard) within each mode, start & stop a recording, and take a photo. Focus on your epic ride, not on if your camera is recording. 


Smart Light Control
ELEMNT bike computers can now operate ANT+ smart lights! Make changes on your head unit, instead of your front/rear lights. Turn the lights on/off, and change the mode directly from your ELEMNT bike computer. If enabled, your smart lights will automatically turn on when you start a ride, and turn off when you end it. 


Music Control
Are you ready for a rolling dance party? ELEMNT now supports Music Control, which is the ability to interact with your smartphone without having to take it out. Easily hit play, pause, skip forward/backwards, and change volume using the buttons on the computer. 


Dark Mode
ELEMNT’s newest display option? Dark Mode. Users can now set their display to a dark background, similar to what is available on smartphones, and computers.

**NEW for 2023 - SUMMIT + SUMMIT FREERIDE**
Bring colour and control to your climbs, so you can manage your pace on planned routes and freerides. SUMMIT FREERIDE gives you advanced notice of climbs that lie ahead without having to preload a route. SUMMIT SEGMENTS alerts you to the start and finish of a climb, even when you are on a workout or map screen.

How is a Climb defined? 
ELEMNT ROAM v2 + BOLT v2 will now detect climbs from 400 meters in length & 3% gradient (longer, more shallow climbs), to 250 meters in length & 7% gradient (short steep climbs).

 

FEATURES

SMART NAVIGATION
Allows you to create a route with turn-by-turn directions by simply selecting a location directly on the ELEMNT BOLT map page using pan and zoom, or by selecting from one of your saved locations. Find the most direct course, and automatically get rerouted back on course.

QUICKLOOK LEDS
Quicklook LEDs provide a clear way to quickly monitor your power, heart rate, speed, turn-by-turn directions and other notifications.

64 COLOUR SCREEN

ELEMNT COMPANION APP 
The free ELEMNT Companion App uses the intuitive interface of your smartphone to customize your settings, rider profile, create routes, and link ELEMNT BOLT to your favorite cycling apps and wireless sensors.

TEXT AND PHONE NOTIFICATIONS
Receive call, text, WhatsApp, and email notifications mid-ride (or turn them off in Do Not Disturb mode.)

STRAVA LIVE SEGMENTS
Integrates with Strava Live Segments to alert you before the segment begins, display progress status for your goal and give a unique Final Push when you are close to hitting a PR or taking that KOM!

TURN-BY-TURN
Get on-screen directions and scrolling LED turn directions or use Take Me To feature that generates a cycling optimized route with turn-by-turn cues and elevation details on the Climbing Screen.

PLANNED WORKOUTS
Planned workouts automatically sync to your ELEMNT and send notifications at each interval.  Comes pre-loaded with three Team INEOS Grenadiers structured workouts and two FTP tests. Works on the road or controls your smart trainer.

LIVE TRACKING
Locate friends or other ELEMNT users with real-time location on map screen or share your location with friends by text or email.

KICKR CONTROL
Pairs with KICKR BIKE and KICKR Smart Trainers to allow you to train in four different modes: Route simulation, ERG, Level, or Passive to just record your workout controlled by another app. 

CUSTOM ALERTS
Now you can configure your ELEMNT BOLT or ELEMNT ROAM to display custom reminders and other text based on workout duration, distance intervals, or calories burned.  Focus on the ride, let Custom Alerts do the rest.
