• Expiry is 12 months from the date of purchase.
• No cash refunds.

Purchasing online with Q Card

if you order online and spend $200 or more through our website you will qualify for 12 months interest-free, however, you need to select the 12months interest-free option on the payment screen. If you don't you will not get 12 months interest-free, you will only get 3 months interest-free.

Debt Collection

If products are purchased via the Hyper website using a fraudulent credit card or any other means without the authority of the cardholder, Hyper Ride will be entitled to collect payment via a registered collection agency. All costs associated with this collection will be passed on to the user of the fraudulent card.

1. Purchase a Michelin bicycle tyre from Hyper Ride and automatically go inthe draw to win an Oakley Prize Pack valued at over $700, including the

2. Eligibility:

• The promotion is open to persons in New Zealand aged 18 years or older.

• For each individual Michelin bicycle tyre purchased via Hyper Ride, you will receive one (1) entry into the prize draw.

3. Promotional Period:

• The promotion starts on 03/02/2025 and ends on  03/03/2025.
• Entries must be received within the promotional period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter:

• To enter the draw, purchase at least one (1) individual Michelin bicycle tyre from Hyper Ride.
• Upon purchase, customers must retain their receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase.
• Customers may enter multiple times by purchasing additional tyres, each tyre purchased constitutes one entry. E.g. 2 (two) tyres purchased = 2 (two) entries.

5. Prize Draw:

• The prize draw will take place on  04/03/2025 at [Hyper Ride NZ].
• The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the promotional period.
• The winner will be notified by phone or email within [2] days of the draw date.
• The winner will be required to claim their prize within [7] days of notification.
