  • To switch the system OFF, press and hold the reset button for 3 seconds and then release the button. Do not hold longer than 10 seconds, otherwise the system will be reset to default instead of turned off.

All products are dispatched during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm). Please note that our daily order cutoff time is 3 PM NZ time. Orders placed outside of business hours, during public holidays, and on weekends will be processed on the next business day, as courier companies do not operate during those times.
