If you think these are too expensive, consider the fact that they will last four times as long as bearings half the price, and perform twice as good. They're an investment, and a worthwhile one. I have had my current set for two years, and I can say they are hands down the best bearings in the game. I've had multiple sets of the regular Bones Swiss, and they're great, but these are definitely faster and more robust. Running through dusty and dirty spots, grime will build up over time but I've cleaned and re-lubed these twice. The last clean/lube was a few weeks ago, and today they're spinning just as fast as when they were new. Can't recommend them enough.
