I was looking for a tail light, and stumbled on this radar/tail light.
OMG I am a rural road rider and this is a must have for most cyclists other than city riders.
The radar needs a head unit or phone to communicate to rider an audible warning and a graphic depiction of the vehicle or vehicles approaching from the rear. The radar can recognise a vehicle in excess of 100 metres.
This gives the rider valuable information that, coupled with approaching road geography, and any on coming traffic enables the rider to make better decisions that can help avoid incidents.
